California Supervisor Sexual Harassment & Abusive Conduct Prevention Training


his course is tailored to meet the strict requirements set forth by California AB 1825 and AB 2053. It covers the required topics including:

​The training provides the learner with information about the laws surrounding each of the topics, how each is defined, how to identify them in the workplace, how they impact victims, and strategies how to prevent them. Additionally, learners are provided with important information about how to conduct effective investigations of complaints of these topics, as well as the liabilities that are associated with them.
