BPSC Human Resources Certification Programs

BPSC Group is excited to announce that it will be offering professional human resources certification programs and courses starting November 2014.

Courses will be offered via electronic learning, webinars and live classroom settings*

Courses may be taken individually as needed or as part of our programs.

We will be offering 3 certification programs:

  • Human Resources Assistant Certification (HRA) is designed for employees seeking to enter or who are new to human resources. Training topics will include introduction to the HR field, personnel files management, benefits administration, recruiting, technology, federal leaves, federal protected leaves and classes, wage and hour practices, best practices and more. [Beginning November 2014]
  • Human Resources Generalist Certification (HRG) is designed for employees who have had at least 2 years of human resources experience and are looking to expand their skills as a generalist in preparation for HR management. Training topics will include talent acquisition, interviewing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, workplace injuries, federal acts and laws, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, corrective actions and more.
  • California Human Resources Certification (CHR) is designed for human resources professionals who have employees in California. The curriculum focuses on the HR and employment practices that are specific to California employers. Training topics will include wage and hour, meals, break periods, pregnancy and family leaves, other protected leaves and more.
