2018 Forms for California Employers
The following forms include required and commonly used by employers with employees working in California. Many of the forms apply to employers of all sizes and industries, while others are specific to employee headcount, industry, or location. Many of the forms are also required at various points during the employment cycle, such as new hires, workplace injuries, leaves of absence, termination, etc.
These notices and forms may not be all of the required documents that are necessary when specific employee events occur. There may be other notices or documents required that are tied to laws and your company policies and practices.
Please be sure to research the respective forms required for your company. We have provided some parameters below in which to provide some initial guidance. If you have specific questions about forms, notices, or other documents, please feel free to contact a member of our team.
Note: When possible, we have included forms in lanuages other than English.
