NEW HIRES NOTICE
- Download, complete, and sign ALL documents under NEW HIRE FORMS below. Once complete, upload the documents here.
- For the Form I-9, you will need to provide a List A document or one document from each of List B and List C to you manager to verify. These must be provided during the first 3 days of your employment. The list of acceptable A, B, and C documents is included in the below Form I-9.
- All new hires must complete the respective Non-Supervisor or Supervisor training in sexual harassment and prevention. Click on the respective link below. This should be completed in the first week of employment. Due to being online, you can begin, pause, and resume the training.
- The company notices for employees are located below under NOTICES. Employees are encourage to review each of the documents.
- You will begin accruing Paid Sick Leave hours on your first day of employment. You will earn 1 hour of benefits for every 30 hours worked. You will accrue up to 72 hours each year and can use up to 48 of those hours for qualifying sick leave reasons. This will be reflected on your paystubs. You may use accrued Paid Sick Leave after completing 90 days of employment. Unused, accrued Paid Sick Leave hours carry over to the following year to a maximum 72 hours.
MANDATORY HARASSMENT TRAINING
All employees are also required to complete a state required mandatory course in prevention of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Non-Supervisors should select the Non-Supervisor Training and Supervisors should select the Supervisor Training. New Hires: Must complete within 3 days of hire and every 2 years after. Existing Employees: Must complete every 2 years. WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE TRAINING PLEASE SCREEN SHOT AND CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT A COPY FOR YOU PERSONNEL FILE.
