NEW HIRE ONBOARDING
The below documents, forms, notices and links have been established to ease the process of your new hire onboarding. There are multiple sections for you to complete (mandatory and optional). You will also find physical documents including policies, handbooks, notices and forms...many of which are referred to for acknowledgment purposes. You can download any and all of these documents as desired.
MANDATORY HARASSMENT TRAINING
All employees are also required to complete a state required mandatory course in prevention of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Non-Supervisors should select the Non-Supervisor Training and Supervisors should select the Supervisor Training. New Hires: Must complete within 3 days of hire and every 2 years after. Existing Employees: Must complete every 2 years.
