MANDATORY HARASSMENT TRAINING
All employees are also required to complete a state required mandatory course in prevention of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Non-Supervisors should select the Non-Supervisor button and Supervisors should select the Supervisor button in their desired language. New Hires: Must complete within 3 days of hire and every 2 years after. Existing Employees: Must complete every 2 years.

PAID SICK LEAVE NOTICE
The company provides all employees with Paid Sick Leave benefits. Employees begin accruing paid sick leave on their first day of employment and earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked (a maximum 40 hours weekly can be applied for exempt employees). Employees can accrue up to 72 hours per year, and are allowed to use up to 48 hours per year for qualifying reasons. Unused, accrued paid sick leave will be rolled over to the next year (to a maximum 72 hours). Employees can use paid sick leave hours after completing 90 days of employment. Please refer to the Employee Handbook to learn more about paid sick leave benefits.
