Regional Account Managers
(West Region Account Manager & East Region Account Manager)
UCLEAR/BITwaveUSA (www.uclear-digital.com) is going through some exciting changes and growth and is looking to add 2 Regional Account Managers to its team. One role will be responsible for the company’s Eastern US Region and the other for its Western US Region.

These roles are unique as they will be working directly with the company’s distributors to assist them with understanding, promoting, marketing, and selling our products to their dealers. The Regional Account Managers must be experts at coaching, training, developing, planning, and most important…developing and fostering excellent interpersonal relationships.

Both roles are remote, thus can be located in any of the following states as directed here.
  • Candidates for the Eastern Regional Account Manager role must reside in any of the following states: KY, TN, IN, OH, PA, VA, NC, or IN.
  • Candidates for the Western Regional Account Manager role must reside in any of the following states: NV, ID, OR, WA, CA, UT, or WA.

Candidates hired for either of these roles must be able to travel to the corporate office in Boise, Idaho during their first week of employment.

Primary Job Functions
·         Maintain existing relationships with all of the respective accounts.
·         Assist accounts with strategies to grow UCLEAR business through their dealers.
·         Coach and train account employees and sales teams on UCLEAR product knowledge and marketing materials.
·         Regularly review the performance of the accounts.
·         Maintain constant contact with all respective accounts.
·         Travel to account locations to work with the teams.
·         Travel to industry shows as necessary to promote the company and its products.
·         Conduct business via phone, web conferencing, email, Skype and other methods of communication.

Required Experience and Skills
·         2+ years’ experience in an account management role.
·         Exceptional interpersonal skills.
·         Excellent planning, coaching, and training skills.
·         Excellent listening skills.
·         Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), email, and internet research.
·         Experience with CRM.
·         Ability to create and deliver presentations.
·         Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
·         Superior written, verbal and presentation skills.
·         Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
·         Ability to travel 25-30% (including nights and weekends sometimes for shows).
·         Passionate about power, outdoor and/or action sports.
