OFFICE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
BITwaveUSA/UCLEAR is seeking an Office & Accounting Manager extraordinaire for its corporate office in Eagle, Idaho. We are a manufacturing/distribution company in consumer electronics that is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for someone to grow with us.

Job Description
· Control over inventory, including product cost, valuations, reconciliations, etc. · Manage, process and transact AR, AP, invoices, PayPal transactions, daily inventory entries, and payroll in QuickBooks · Manage, transact and control accounts payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness · Manage, transact and control all banking · General Ledger reconciliations · Prepare company purchase orders · Reconcile all bank statements · Investigate all vendor/ purchasing agent payment issues · Research and process refunds, freight charges, cost of labor or similar items · Analyze business processes and communicate to senior management · Develop, document and implement internal control processes and procedures that decreases risk and/or increase efficiencies. · Process orders from the online store. · Prepare and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS. · Order and manage office supplies and vendors. · Administer employee benefit programs and enrollments. · Conduct new hire onboarding and documentation. · Manage employee personnel files. · Work with hiring managers to schedule candidate interviews. · Administer workers’ compensation program. · Other duties as required. |
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business AND 2 year’s accounting/full-charge bookkeeping experience OR Associate’s degree in accounting or business AND 3 years’ accounting/full-charge bookkeeping experience OR 5+ years’ accounting/full-charge bookkeeping experience. · Expert with QuickBooks (think “Guru”). · Minimum 1 year payroll processing experience. · Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel). · Superior verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. · Detail-oriented, highly organized, approachable, and highest level of integrity and ethics. Preferred Qualifications · Experience and working knowledge of basic human resources administration including benefits, new hire onboarding and documentation, and workers’ compensation. · Consumer electronics, retail, or related industry experience. · Experience preparing shipments and investigating shipping issues using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. · Experience managing office supplies and equipment. |
