National Sales Manager
The Business & People Strategy Consulting Group (www.bpscllc.com) has been retained to assist a leader in Bluetooth communication technologies with their search for a National Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with superior products and more cutting edge extreme noise cancellation products coming soon.
Reporting to the COO, the National Sales Manager will drive the retention and increase of profitable market share for all existing and future UCLEAR products through innovative and proven sales and support programs. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the National Sales Manager will partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Product teams to grow revenue, amplify the brand and pursue viable sales opportunities. The sales leader will have a proven track record in achieving sales plans and creating value through strong internal and external relationships. Ideal candidates will possess a balance between the strategic and tactical aspects of sales leadership and champion the vision for where the organization is going and how to get there.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy:
- Align sales strategies to support long range business objectives.
- Ensure sales strategies are brand-elevating, customer-relevant and effective in driving consumer loyalty and profitable business growth.
- Manage all Key Accounts and Domestic Representative Groups to drive growth opportunities in each region.
- Work with Master Distributors to identify and drive growth opportunities in each region.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage exceptional and proactive customer service consistent with company core values. Measure service and warranty to ensure outcomes.
- Continuously manage accurate sales forecasting to achieve business results.
- Provide customer feedback to Executive Team to develop overall strategic direction of business.
- Partner with Marketing to bolster sell through results at retail across all channels.
- Serve as Sales lead for key account meetings and pitches; identify and pursue opportunities such as coop, merchandising, and promotions to achieve objectives.
- Mobilize internal and external teams to get programs and events implemented in the field.
- 8-10 years of a proven track record in leading national sales programs and targets.
- 5+ years' experience in the power sports industry.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a professional discipline for business management or marketing.
- 5+ years working with a product manufacture and brand.
- Currently located, or willing to locate, to a major US transportation hub.
