Independent Sales Representative (HR Services)
The Business & People Strategy Consulting Group, LLC (www.bpscllc.com) is seeking Independent Sales Representative to sell its human resources, compliance and employment law services. This is an exciting opportunity for independent sales professionals who have excellent B2B contacts and relationships.
The services that we provide are necessary for every business, whether 1 or 50,000+ employees. We offer a full-suite of HR, compliance and employment law services including virtual, on-demand, and fully outsourced HR departments. We also offer several exciting programs including our HR 911 and Employee Relations Hotlines.
Business & People Strategy Consulting Group has been providing human resources, compliance, and employment law strategies, services and solutions since 1998. Our clients range from start-ups to some of the largest companies in the world.
Due to the nature of the role, the Independent Sales Representative is an Independent Contractor. This means that we are relying on you to do what you do best. Our Independent Sales Reps work for themselves, set their own schedules, work from home or their personal offices, and use their sales expertise to generate leads and sell our services. We provide the marketing materials and services…and answers to any questions you may have about the services.
The Role: The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, presenting marketing materials, meeting with business decision makers, answering questions, following up, and selling our services.
Minimum Experience
2+ years B2B outside and/or independent sales experience.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, email, Skype, and internet research.
Highly professional presentation.
Must be highly motivated, disciplined, and ethical.
Preferred Experience
Experience or working knowledge of human resources, employment law, or related practices.
Experience selling professional services to businesses.
Compensation: We offer a competitive monthly tiered commission program based upon gross monthly sales paid. The 3 tiers are set at 10%, 12%, and 15% of the gross monthly sales paid.
