Due to our continued growth, we are excited to announce the need to add a new Part-Time Human Resources Client Services Representative to our Human Resources Client Services Team. This position will be primarily focused on our clients in Pomona, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, El Monte and surrounding areas, but will also have access to other LA and surrounding area opportunities.
Our HR Client Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellence to our clients and provide those services at client locations and remotely (as needed). They also enjoy the flexibility of working from home much of the time (using various methods of technology including phones, email, and video conferencing) and determining their schedules (based upon client needs).
This particular position will start around 10 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to quickly increase. It will also require the representative to be available to be onsite at one of our Ontario, CA client sites at least 1 day per week (approximately 5-6 hours) with the remaining work often being remote.
To be successful as a Human Resources Client Services Representative, qualified candidates must possess:
3+ years administration of and working knowledge of all of the following:

3+ years’ experience guiding, directing and advising employees and management related to policies, procedures, and corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree or HR certification

- Meal and rest periods
- PDL, FMLA, CFRA and their interactions
- Sexual and other harassment
- CA and federal workplace protected classes
3+ years’ experience guiding, directing and advising employees and management related to policies, procedures, and corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree or HR certification
Proficiency with all of the following:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- HRIS (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Zenefits, Gusto, etc.)
- Video conferencing tools (e.g., Skype)
Must possess the following characteristics:
- Superior communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Highest level of ethics and confidentiality
- Must exhibit client relations excellence
- Reliable transportation to be able for onsite client tasks and visits
- Computer (laptop is optimal)
- Mobile phone
- High speed internet

- Bilingual Spanish (verbal and written)
