In these situations, having an expert in your corner to represent you can make the difference between receiving or not receiving your benefits. Let our team of unemployment claims experts assist you with your unemployment claim appeal today.
Employees Wronged By Their Employer
The reality to the workplace is that there are employers who choose to engage abusive and unlawful acts against their employees. In many situations, at a signficant cost to the employee. BPSC has historically sought to ensure that the rights of both employers and employees are preserved, as well as to combat acts and lawsuits that are meant to simply extort, overpower or shake-down the opposing party.

If you believe that you have been subject to wrongful acts by an employer for any of the following, contact a member of our team and we will evaluate your matter.
