Our Customer Service and Quality Manager is a key management position responsible for:
- Improving the overall customer experience, thus contributing to the company’s continued effort to protect and strengthen its brand;
- Improving customer service processes, procedures and results;
- Streamlining and monitoring call center and quality processes to ensure quality and efficiency;
- Managing, coaching, developing and maintaining positive morale of the customer service and quality teams.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- 5+ years’ call center experience.
- 3+ years’ call center management experience managing 15+ employees.
- Proven experience implementing written call center procedures, scripts, and processes.
- Have superior verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel with a strong understanding of collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.
- Experience with employee development, coaching, training, teaching conflict resolution, and monitoring performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a large team.
- The ability to set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.
The following skills and experience are preferred and a plus:
- Call center experience in ecommerce, retail or e-tail industries.
- Bachelor’s degree.
