Job Description: Seeking a customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to RentReporter's success with their exemplary customer service skills. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills as well as great attention to detail while addressing customer service inquiries. Must be comfortable communicating with our diverse customer base and excel at handling heavy volumes of outgoing and incoming calls. Professionalism and positive attitude are a must!

Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer's emails, phone calls, and online chats.
- Resolve customer's complaints; provide the best solution to solve the problem and follow up to ensure a timely resolution.
- Build good customer rapport based on trust through open and interactive communication.
- Keep and log records of all customer interactions.
- Work in a team setting to accomplish company goals.
- Ensure that you have an excellent knowledge of our product and basic understanding of credit
- Maintain professionalism in all situations.
- Other team, department and company tasks as required or necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to write and speak using proper grammar, as well as being able to effectively communicate with customers).
- Ability to manage numerous inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks in an organized manner.
- Excellent data entry skills (type at least 40 wpm).
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.
- Solid understanding of and proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center (non-telemarketing), retail sales, or related industry is a plus.
- Experience working in the credit/credit reporting industry is a plus.
