These roles are responsible for providing extraordinary service to employers in California, the United States, and other countries of the world. The services range from ASO to BPO to specific and specialized HR and employment law.

ADMINISTRATIVE HR
We are looking for administrative HR consulting professionals with proven experience and expertise in the following areas:

  • Benefits Administration
  • Workers' Compensation Administration
  • COBRA Administration
  • Unemployment Administration 
  • New Hire Administration (Onboarding)
  • Leave of Absence Administration
  • HRIS/HRMS Administration
  • Staffing Administration
HR GENERALIST
We are looking for HR generalist consulting professionals with proven experience and expertise in the following areas:

  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Coaching
  • Performance Management
  • Workplace Disabilities
  • Terminating Employees
  • State and Federal Leaves of Absence
  • California Labor & Employment Laws and Practices
  • Federal Labor & Employment Laws and Practices
  • Compensation Planning, Administration, Management
  • Benefits Planning, Administration, Management
  • Workers' Compensation Administration, Management
  • Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
REQUIREMENTS
All Candidates

  • Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Superior written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Superior ability to work with all levels within a company.
  • Highly ethical and confidential.
  • Laptop, internet connection, & phone.
  • Proficient with Skype.

Administrative HR

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience and expertise in your specific HR functions.
  • Expertise in 5 of the 8 areas.
  • Professional HR Certification and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
HR Generalist

  • Minimum 8 years' proven HR experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Expertise in 5 or more of the areas AND CA and federal labor & employment laws and practices.
