California Manager Compliance Series
When it comes to operating a business with employees in California, the reality is that those employers will face the challenges associated with compliance with California labor and employment laws. Beyond the complications set forth by the expansive and confusing laws is the “theoretical” approach that many courses offer related to understanding the critical issues.
The California Manager Compliance Series was developed to provide employers with California based employees the practical and applied knowledge, resources and tools they need to successfully navigate the complex labor and employment laws. The courses are maintained in accordance with the current California laws and practices as well as best practices. They are also provided via electronic learning, thus provide learners with the flexibility they need to complete the training.
Learners can choose to enroll in one or as many courses as they feel is necessary to gain the knowledge that they are seeking.
Each course consists of comprehensive content related to its topic. At the end of the training, learners will have the opportunity to complete a comprehensive assessment of the topic. For those obtaining a score of 80% or better, they will receive a Certificate of Completion. For those not successfully obtaining a score of 80%, they will have the chance to review the course materials as often as needed and attempt the assessment until they have mastered the skill set.
